White House Luring Israel into Terrorist Trap

On May 3rd, White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel told Jewish leaders at the annual AIPAC conference that the United States would be more likely to pressure Iran on its nuclear program if Israel conceded a Palestinian state. At the time, this blatant attempt at political blackmail outraged many in both Israel and the US. But Emanuel was revealing a risky and complicated strategy that is now playing out on the world stage - that Iran says it is concerned about a Palestinian state and if Israel will allow establishment of a Palestinian state, the US may be able to sway Iran to stop its nuclear program.

This is a most dangerous form of foolishness. Iran has played the cat and mouse game on its nuclear weapons program for years under the enabling eye of the United Nation's International Atomic Energy Agency, which is headed by an Egyptian Islamic. Iran has repeatedly called for Israel to be "wiped off the map." Iran's deep rooted hatred for Jews and Israel has nothing to do with a Palestinian state. A Palestinian state will only make it easier for Iran to feed the terrorist movement, just as it did in Gaza and continues to do. Politicians who want peace in the Middle East first must understand, that like the example of Gaza, a Palestinian state will only be a launching ground for terrorism and war.

Furthermore, the White House, under the leadership of a man raised as a Muslim, taught Christianity under a black nationalist who supports Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan and terrorist Mohammar Qaddafi, and has taken US policy in a historical Islamic appeasement direction, cannot be a trusted broker for Israel. This Administration is restoring diplomatic relations with Syria, Iran's terrorist sponsoring vassal, and has reached out to the most criminal of terrorists in offering diplomacy to Iran. Could it be that the man who occupies the Oval Office, the same man that is conducting an economic and social civil war against American citizens, is setting a diabolical trap for the nation of Israel?

The current so-called peace plan being brokered by the White House would include dividing the nation of Israel into two parts by establishing a Palestinian nation in Gaza and in the traditional Jewish lands of Samaria and Judea, commonly called the West Bank. The two would be connected by a sovereign ribbon of land running through the heart of Israel. Jerusalem would be the divided capital of Israel and Palestine.
